All suspension products have a lifetime structural warranty to original purchaser. Wear parts not included. Damaged parts must be sent back to ORB to receive new part.
Powder coat option can take 2-4 days upon completion of any suspension product. We offer factory Polaris colors and specialty colors available upon request for an additional fee.
We are not responsible for damage to powder coat during the shipping process. As we can not control how the package is handled in the process. All claims for the damaged powder coat will need to handled through UPS call UPS customer service at 1-800-742-5877.
