What this kit offers

  • Trail comfort: Tender springs designed to reduce harshness over uneven ground.
  • Retain your existing suspension components: Keep the main springs and Fox or Walker Evans shock assemblies.
  • Full or axle-pair options: Choose a complete tender spring set, two front springs, or two rear springs.

Installation overview and setup

Professional installation is recommended.

Follow the Polaris service procedure and the instructions for your installed Fox or Walker Evans shocks for your exact model year and shock assembly. This general overview does not replace the applicable disassembly, spring-handling, or torque instructions.

  1. Park on level ground and record the starting ride height. Note your usual passenger load and installed accessories.
  2. Safely raise and support the vehicle. Unload the suspension before changing preload, and release spring tension with suitable equipment before removing retainers.
  3. Install the selected tender springs while retaining the main springs. Follow the applicable front and rear shock procedures and torque removed fasteners to the specifications for your exact model.
  4. Lower the vehicle and move it forward and backward to settle the suspension before measuring from the ground to the underside of the skid plate.
  5. Use the ATU baseline chart below as a starting reference. Follow the adjustment limits for your shocks, make small changes with the suspension unloaded, then settle and remeasure. Keep left and right settings matched on each axle.

For kit-specific setup guidance or a machine with added weight or suspension modifications, contact All Thingz UTV.

Measurement reference: Ground to the underside of the skid plate, with the vehicle on level ground and the suspension settled after moving the vehicle forward and backward. Use consistent reference points when comparing measurements. These starting references do not guarantee a finished height; tire dimensions, pressure, passengers, accessories, and suspension setup affect the result. Listed tire sizes do not confirm tire fitment.
