Configure an All Thingz UTV portal gear lift spring upgrade for your 4 Seater Polaris RZR XP Turbo. For a machine equipped with an aftermarket portal gear lift. Include the portal brand, lift size, tire size, shock package, and other suspension modifications when ordering so the spring package can be matched to the build. All Thingz UTV manufactures the springs in this kit.

Select the spring color and exact package in the options. This listing supplies springs, not portal gearboxes or a portal installation kit.
Portal lift and spring preload perform different jobs. Match the spring package to the portal lift size, suspension geometry, shocks and operating load; do not use spring preload alone to duplicate the lift supplied by the portals.
The Full Kit replaces upper and lower springs on all four shocks. Lowers Only replaces just the lower springs; the upper springs and hardware retained must be suitable for the resulting setup. A tender-only kit replaces the tender springs while retaining the main springs.
While both stacked springs are free to compress, their combined rate is lower than either spring alone. On a setup using a crossover stop, the divider reaching that stop changes which spring can continue to compress. The lower main spring then provides the firmer stage. Spring selection and crossover setup both matter; replacing springs does not change the shock’s internal damping.
Follow the Polaris service procedure for your exact model year and the instructions for your installed shocks and aftermarket suspension or portal kit. Professional installation is recommended. The video below is a general spring-installation overview.

These are the original ATU front/rear reference figures published with this kit. They are not verified finished-height targets for every modified machine. Portal lift size, suspension geometry, tires, and load can change the appropriate target; confirm your build-specific settings with All Thingz UTV.

Measurement reference: Use the measurement points specified in the instructions for your suspension configuration; keep the same points when comparing before and after measurements. Tire dimensions, pressure, passengers, accessories, and suspension setup affect the result. Listed tire sizes do not confirm tire fitment.
General installation overview: This video demonstrates spring installation concepts. Hardware, procedures, and adjustments can differ by model year, shock package, and aftermarket suspension configuration. The demonstration vehicle is a Polaris Pro XP Dynamix.
