The RPM Maverick R E-Valve Sport Muffler combines the best of tuned exhaust performance and on-demand open-pipe aggression in one complete slip-on package!

Built with a high-flow dual 3" muffler core, this system features a 3" electronic bypass valve routed directly from the throat of the muffler straight to the exit tip. With the valve closed, you get a deep, tuned, sport-exhaust note that keeps backpressure optimal without ear-ringing trail drone. But flip the included dash toggle switch, and the electronic valve opens instantly—bypassing the mufflers to unleash maximum volume, rowdy performance, and up to 12+ horsepower gains when paired with an RPM 3" Mid-Pipe!

Constructed from 100% TIG-welded 304 stainless steel, this exhaust shaves 11 lbs off the rear of your machine compared to the bulky factory muffler. It includes a custom stainless bracket to reuse your stock OEM tip for a clean, stealthy rear profile, and fully retains the OEM spark arrestor while remaining compatible with RPM Quiet Cores.

Mount it up directly to your OEM mid-pipe or pair it with any RPM Mid-Pipe for the ultimate Maverick R exhaust setup—no ECU tuning required!
