9921 lb capability
Discover Power and Versatility: Our strut spring compressor boasts an impressive load capacity of 9,921 lbs (4,500 kg), making it ideal for motorcycles, cars, SUVs, and more. Designed specifically for shock absorber spring removal, it accommodates both MacPherson struts and conical springs.
Three Interchangeable Yokes: This kit includes three yoke options to fit a range of vehicle models: Gold yoke (2.6-4.9 inch spring holder, compression range: 2.6-11.8 inches), Black yoke (3.4-6.3 inch spring holder, compression range: 3.3-12.8 inches), and Silver yoke (4.9-8.3 inch spring holder, compression range: 3-12.6 inches).
Safety First: Our coil strut spring compressor prioritizes your safety. Equipped with safety tongues to prevent spring detachment and protective sleeves to guard against scratches, it ensures secure operation. The included hex wrench allows for firm bolt fastening, providing peace of mind with our triple-layer safety feature.
Extreme Durability: Made from #45 steel and treated for enhanced hardness, our fork strut coil extractor tool is built to withstand heavy use. The resilient threaded rod can handle extreme pressures, while the reinforced yokes resist fractures and bending.
Compatible with 7/8" Socket: Easily compress the hex bolt and disassemble shock absorber springs directly on your vehicle using a 7/8" socket. For optimal performance, remember to lubricate the threads, avoid impact wrenches, and select the best clamping positions.
This spring compressor is designed for the controlled compression and removal of coil springs. Compressed springs store significant energy and can cause serious injury or property damage if handled improperly.
Inspect the compressor, threads, yokes, and safety components before each use. Do not use if damaged or excessively worn.
Select the proper size yoke and make sure the spring is fully and securely seated before compression.
Keep the tool properly aligned and compress the spring slowly and evenly.
Lubricate the threaded shaft before use to reduce friction and excessive wear.
Do not use an impact wrench or impact driver. Operate using appropriate hand tools only.
Never modify the compressor or exceed its rated capacity.
Wear appropriate eye and hand protection and keep hands, body parts, and bystanders clear of the compressed spring.
Never leave a spring compressed and unattended.
WARNING: Coil springs can store extreme amounts of energy. Improper setup or use of a spring compressor can result in sudden spring release, serious injury, death, or property damage. Use only if you understand proper spring-compression procedures.
