About Domestic Shipments (U.S.)

Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. We only ship to the lower 48 states.  On some items our live inventory may be depleted from the days previous sales, in that case we will have to drop ship when available. If inventory is not in stock at the time of fulfillment ATU will notify you with a resolution of backorder status. Be advised ATU ships from over 10 warehouses across the U.S.  Sometimes we may drop ship to speed up delivery times. On heavily discounted parts (l.E. differentials) you may not receive tracking.

Returns

For returns, please utilize the link at the top of this page to access our return form. Make sure to download, print, and fill out the form completely and then ship in the same box as the product you are returning. 

We're breaking down how the return/refund works since there's been some confusion with some customers. 
1. Make sure you are logged in to your ATU account.
2. Find the symbol in the top right corner right next to the search bar.
3. Scroll within the dropdown list to 'Orders'.
4. Find the order you're looking to return and click the 'Return Items' option that is underlined beneath the status of the package. (It should read 'SHIPPED')
5. Within that webpage select the reasoning for the return as well as the return action. Leave any comments you believe are important to the return. Make sure to input the quantity of the products being returned. 
6. Once you have submitted all the info an email will be sent to us, sales@allthingzutv.com.
