  • By agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing to allow 3-7 business days for shipping and or delivery. Be advised that with some orders that are being drop shipped directly to you, to help save time in transit may not provide tracking. Thank you and stay safe. Also, your order will update with tracking (if available) via email if you created an account when the order is processed. If you ordered as a GUEST, you would not get updates.
  • ******* Dealers****** it is your responsibility to enter your dealer code. If you fail to do this, you get no discount.
  • If you have not called and requested signature and insurance ATU is not responsible for packages stolen from residences.
  • You must agree that you have read all information pertaining to what you are about to order regarding the A. proper model, and fitment, and B. backorder status. You will be responsible for all transaction fee up to 10% as well as return packaging and shipping. Even if your package has not shipped and you are having second thoughts about your purchase because maybe the time frame is inconvenient, or you found an alternative. You will be still responsible for the processing fees. It is an expense that unfortunately must be covered.
  • The model fitment section is only to help the ATU shipping staff TRY to catch an issue, but we are not responsible if you pick the wrong model listing. We have shipping specialists that may or may not be spring and RZR specialists.
  • ATU is not responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God or Government.
  • Warranty: Advertised warranties are against breakage to the original purchaser. Warranty does not cover the willful destruction of products. I.E. willful destruction is the use of product beyond the design. Such as anything 5% more than engineered design of machine, Tire Size, cages, and Horsepower tunes.
  • Helmet return Policy 
    General Conditions for Returns:
    • New and Unused: Helmets must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage. 
       
    • Original Packaging: The helmet should be returned with all original packaging, including the box, tags, and any included accessories. 
       
    • Resalable Condition: The helmet must be in a condition that allows it to be resold. 
       
    • Timeframe: Returns are typically accepted within a specific timeframe (e.g., 10 days) from the date of purchase or receipt of the item. 
        
    • Proof of Purchase: You may need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation). 
       
    • Contact Customer Service: It's always a good idea to contact the retailer's customer service department for specific instructions on how to initiate a return and obtain a return authorization number (RMA).

    I acknowledge All Things UTV will not be held liable for wrongful installation of ATU products. 

    I acknowledge the inherit risk of installing power sports part. In some cases dangerous situtaions can arise and I will not hold ATU liable

    I acknowledge that i must follow the All Things UTV instructions to the exact or suspension geometry will not be correct and can lead to unstable riding circumstance that can lead to equipment damage. 

***** All free shipping is only for lower 48 states.
****** All Thingz UTV is not liable for shock body wear and tear. You are installing a part that contributes to more free motion in a spot that previously had no motion. Absolutely all shocks have motion wear. If you keep your machine and shocks clean this should never cause a failure.
