Dual-rate spring kit for the 2024+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 2 Seater

This All Thingz UTV dual-rate spring kit is for the redesigned 2024+ Polaris RZR XP 1000 2 Seater. The earlier-body XP 1000 uses a separate kit. All Thingz UTV manufactures the springs in this kit.

What this kit offers

  • Ride comfort: Springs intended to reduce harsh trail impacts with the correct setup for your vehicle.
  • Keep your shock assemblies: This is a spring upgrade; replacement shocks are not included.
  • Choose the package you need: Review the contents below before selecting a full or partial kit.

Vehicle fitment

Fitment detail Application
Model Polaris RZR XP 1000
Seat count 2 Seater
Shock package Factory shock options offered for this model and seating configuration
Body style 2024+ XP 1000

Before ordering: Match the complete model name, seat count, and installed shocks. Double-check your selected spring color and package. Universal shock fitment covers the factory shock options offered for this exact model and seating configuration. It does not establish fitment for aftermarket replacement shocks or other models. Provide your model year, usual passenger/cargo load, and suspension modifications with your order.

What's included

Option Contents
Full kit Eight springs: four front and four rear, replacing the upper and lower springs
Lowers only Four lower springs; upper springs are not included

Select an available raw or powder-coated finish. Powder coating is completed in-house at All Thingz UTV; some colors carry an additional charge.

Choosing your spring package

The Full Kit replaces the upper and lower springs together. Lowers Only is a partial replacement: confirm that the upper springs and hardware you plan to retain are suitable for the resulting setup. A tender spring kit replaces the tender springs while retaining the main springs. Choose the package for the components you intend to replace, rather than treating these options as the same upgrade.

How a dual-rate spring stack works

While both springs are free to compress, they work together at a combined rate lower than either spring alone. In a setup using a crossover stop, the spring divider reaches that stop as the suspension compresses. Further compression then acts on the lower main spring, increasing the effective spring rate. The spring combination and crossover setup determine the transition; two springs alone do not establish the crossover point.

Optional crossover rings: This listing offers an Add Crossover Rings? selection. They are an optional addition, not included when No is selected. Match the ring selection to the installed shock make and size before ordering; a choice appearing in the menu does not by itself confirm compatibility.

Installation overview and setup

Follow the Polaris service procedure for your exact model year and the instructions for your installed shocks. Professional installation is recommended. The video below is a general spring-installation overview.

  1. Record the starting ride height on level ground and note the vehicle's normal operating load.
  2. Safely raise and support the vehicle. Unload the suspension before preload adjustments and release spring tension with suitable equipment before removing retainers.
  3. Install the springs supplied in your selected package using the applicable front and rear shock procedures. Torque removed fasteners to your exact model's specifications.
  4. Lower the vehicle and move it forward and backward to settle the suspension before remeasuring.
  5. Follow the shock manufacturer's adjustment limits. Make small changes with the suspension unloaded, then settle and remeasure. Keep left and right settings matched on each axle.

All Thingz UTV ride-height baseline

These figures are All Thingz UTV setup baselines for this RZR XP 1000 spring-kit application. They are not Polaris factory specifications or independently verified measurements for every vehicle configuration.

Tire size (inches) ATU baseline height (inches)
28 13.5 ± 0.5
29 14.0
30 14.5
31 15.0
32 15.5
33 16.0
34 16.5
35 17.0

Measurement reference: Ground to the underside of the skid plate, on level ground with the suspension settled after moving forward and backward. Use consistent reference points when comparing measurements. Tire dimensions, pressure, passengers, accessories, and suspension setup affect the result. Listed tire sizes do not confirm tire fitment.
