Tender springs or a dual-rate kit?

This tender kit retains your existing main springs. For an upper-and-lower spring replacement, compare the Pro XP two-seat dual-rate kit with universal shock fitment. Review its kit options and contents before ordering.

Installation overview and setup

Use the Polaris service procedure for your exact model year and installed shock package, together with the instructions for this All Thingz UTV spring kit. Safely support the vehicle and release spring tension with appropriate equipment before removing spring retainers. Use your model's fastener torque specifications during reassembly.

Polaris's suspension diagrams identify where factory preload measurements are taken. Those shock measurements are separate from ground clearance. Factory spring preload dimensions must not be copied directly onto a different spring kit.

All Thingz UTV ride-height baseline

The following figures are All Thingz UTV setup baselines for this RZR Pro XP spring-kit application, organized by tire size. They are not Polaris factory specifications or independently verified measurements for every vehicle configuration.

Tire size (inches) ATU baseline height (inches)
29 15.0
30 15.5
31 16.0
32 16.5
33 17.0
34 17.5
35 18.0

Measurement reference: Ground to the underside of the skid plate, with the vehicle on level ground and the suspension settled after moving the vehicle forward and backward. Use consistent reference points when comparing measurements. These starting references do not guarantee a finished height; tire dimensions, pressure, passengers, accessories, and suspension setup affect the result. Listed tire sizes do not confirm tire fitment.

Polaris factory ground-clearance reference

The following figures are published for the 2024 Polaris RZR Pro XP in its factory configuration. They are factory specifications, not front/rear loaded ride-height targets for this aftermarket tender spring kit. Other model years and configurations must be checked in their own manual.

Factory tire configuration Published ground clearance
30-inch factory tires 14.5 inches
